[efax-users] Need help to configure my modem for efax

Hello

I want to use efax for both sending and receiving faxes.
I have a Suse 9.3 box (kernel 2.6.11) and a MultiTech modem
(MT5634ZPX-PCI-U)
I installed the last efax (efax-0.9a-001114).

But I'm missing something about the configuration because a "fax receive
tutu" fails :

   # fax receive tutu
   /usr/bin/efax: Thu Sep  7 16:42:00 2006 efax v 0.9a-001114 Copyright
   1999 Ed Casas
   efax: 42:00 opened /dev/ttyS4
   efax: 42:01 using LT V.92 1.0 MT5634ZPX-PCI-U Internal
   Data/Fax/Voice Modem Version 2.32u in class 1
   efax: 42:10 fax call answered
   efax: 42:10 sent CSI - answering ID
   efax: 42:10 sent DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:15 received DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:15 sent CSI - answering ID
   efax: 42:15 sent DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:20 received DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:21 sent CSI - answering ID
   efax: 42:21 sent DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:25 received DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:26 sent CSI - answering ID
   efax: 42:26 sent DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:30 received DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:31 sent CSI - answering ID
   efax: 42:31 sent DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:35 received DIS - answering capabilities
   efax: 42:35 Error: no command/response from remote
   efax: 42:36 sent DCN - disconnect
   efax: 42:38 done, returning 3 (invalid modem response)
   There were errors (see tutu.log).

I succeeded with hylafax using class 1 that's why I think I did a
mistake in the configuration.

Here are some options from /etc/efax.rc :

   DEV=ttyS4
   DIALPREFIX="T"
   DIALSUFFIX=""
   LOCK=''                    # no lock file
   #INIT="-iZ -i&FE&D2S7=120 -i&C0"
   INIT="-iZ -i+FCLASS=1 -iS7=120"
   RESET="-kZ"
   CLASSINIT="-o1"    # Class 1
   TXCAP="-c 1,3,0,0,0,0,0,0"

Other params have their default value.

I can send a "fax receive -v" log if it helps ..

Thank you for any help..
